ServeOne Expands Healthcare Procurement Platform Through Strategic Acquisitions of Opera Salutaris and Value Pro

Thursday 9th July 2026

We are pleased to announce that ServeOne, Korea’s leading MRO and enterprise procurement solutions provider and a core portfolio company of Affinity Equity Partners, has completed the strategic acquisitions of controlling stakes in Opera Salutaris and Value Pro, medical supplies distributors serving hospitals including the Catholic Medical Center network, the largest hospital group in Korea.

The acquisitions represent an important milestone in ServeOne’s expansion into healthcare distribution, a priority growth vertical for the company. Structured as a controlling investment, the transaction is designed as a long-term strategic partnership that preserves business continuity while combining the medical supplies distribution capabilities of Opera Salutaris and Value Pro with ServeOne’s extensive procurement infrastructure, proprietary data, and vertical solutions expertise.

Healthcare distribution is becoming increasingly important in Korea’s super-aged society, as hospitals and medical institutions require both stable supply-chain management and more sophisticated procurement solutions across pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and consumables. Through these acquisitions, ServeOne aims to enhance procurement efficiency, strengthen service quality, and support more reliable supply to healthcare institutions.

Together with Via Davinci, a pharmaceutical distribution platform acquired by ServeOne in 2023, Opera Salutaris and Value Pro further expand ServeOne’s integrated healthcare distribution value chain across pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. ServeOne has already demonstrated the effectiveness of its bolt-on strategy through Via Davinci, driving both revenue and profitability growth following the acquisition.

Since Affinity’s investment, ServeOne has transformed from a traditional purchasing agent primarily serving LG Group into a diversified procurement services platform serving a broad base of leading enterprise customers, including 18 of Korea’s top 20 chaebol groups. The company’s next phase of growth is focused on expanding into higher-growth verticals such as healthcare, strengthening its role as a strategic procurement partner, and supporting customers as they navigate increasingly complex supply chains.

At Affinity Equity Partners, we remain committed to supporting ServeOne’s continued growth as Korea’s leading procurement solutions platform. These acquisitions reflect our focus on building stronger portfolio company platforms through strategic bolt-on acquisitions, sector expertise, operational value creation, and long-term partnerships.
